Pianist Liza Stepanova debuted at age 11 at the Philharmonic Hall of her native Belarus.  After moving to Germany, she performed in many concert halls in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, France and Sweden. Since 2004, she has appeared in many venues in the United States and performed live on WQXR, New York’s classical music station.  Ms. Stepanova has been the top prize winner in many piano competitions. 

She earned her Master of Music degree in piano performance from The Juilliard School under the guidance of Jerome Lowenthal and a Bachelor of Music degree from the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin, studying with Georg Sava.  In 2007, she began the DMA program at The Juilliard School as a C. V. Starr Doctoral Fellow, studying with Seymour Lipkin and Joseph Kalichstein.
