Stanislav Khristenko was born in Ukraine and studied at the Children’s Musical School in Kharkov with Larisa Oschepkova.  He went on to graduate from Moscow Chopin College and Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, where he studied with Professor Vera Gornostaeva, Maxim Philippov and Daria Petrova.  He is currently pursuing his Artist Diploma at Cleveland Institute of Music with Seigei Babayan.  Mr. Khristenko is a prize winner of many international competitions and festivals and has held grants from the Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation and the Russian Performance Art Foundation. 

He gives concerts throughout Europe, Russia and Asia, and his CD recordings have been issued in the Netherlands, Germany and Russia.
