Tianjiao Wang began her piano study at age seven.  At the age of nine, she gave her first public performance and since then she has won many prizes in piano competitions and made numerous public appearances throughout China. Ms. Wang has performed as soloist with the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, the Shenyang Symphony Orchestra and Xiamen Symphony Orchestra. 

She completed degrees from Shanghai Conservatory of Music and Indiana University.  She has studied with Leon Fleisher, Claude Frank, Fou Tsong, and Jerome Lowenthal.
